The following policy applies to all events unless a specific event explicitly states otherwise.
1) A ticket may be refunded up to the time the show has started, which we consider to be the time specified on the ticket. In such a case, we will provide a full refund less the payment processing fee in accordance with payment processor’s policy.
2) No refund is given after the show has started.
3) We use Stripe as our payment processing facilitator, and adhere to their payment policy, which can be found here. Please note that Stripe does not return credit card fees for refunds, so neither can we.
